We built this because the alternative was sending buyers to Idealista.
Glaser Real Estate opened in 2019 in a small office in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena. Maarten — Dutch by birth, Costa del Sol by choice — had spent the previous years buying and selling property on the Costa del Sol both as principal and as a broker, and the thing he kept noticing was the same thing the buyers kept noticing: the tools available to foreign buyers were not good enough.
Seven years on, we've signed somewhere around 500 transactions. Most of our pipeline now comes from previous buyers and their friends. This site is the apartment-focused, English-first storefront for that work — for the buyer who has already started researching and wants the next step to feel different from the last fifteen tabs.
